The experience at Bristol Street Motors Renault Derby was great because the vehicle advertised was exactly what I was looking for. It had very low milage and was very reasonably priced to the point that I travelled over an hour to purchase the vehicle.
Right from my initial enquiry the service was impeccable. Daniel sent me a personalised video tour of the vehicle which was a fantastic bit of customer service, particularly given how far I had to travel to view. My brother accompanied me to the test drive (I took advantage of the £99 deposit scheme as I could not risk losing this vehicle) and was very particular with his questions, wanting to ensure we had access to full service history etc. Daniel could not have been more helpful and amiable without ever feeling like a pushy sales person. The test drive went very well. I was sent out with another colleague as Daniel had an emergency to deal with. Despite this he remained so professional and came back to complete the appointment. Communication with the dealership was great throughout and the answered every enquiry.
Collection day was just as good. Smooth, professional handover. A couple of minor defects that we highlighted at the viewing had been rectified to a very high standard. I couldn't have been happier.
